文档介绍：西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要进入90年代以来,物流管理即被企业视为在快速变化的环境下,有效取得竞争优势的方法,而物流中心更扮演整合物流活动的关键角色,故物流中心规划设计是否完善,对于物流中心作业有极大影响,本文目的在于通过西部医药有限公司(以下简称“西部医药”,由于涉及公司机密,此为虚拟公司名称)物流配送中心的规划设计的研究,希望为医药行业配送中心的规划设计探索出一种可供借鉴的模式,并提供一些可供参考的经验。本文从“西部医药的市场细分、目标市场及定位和配送中心的流程设计、项目规划和评估、项目实施”这几个方面对西部医药公司的配送中心进行研究,通过对公司发展的背景研究,我们可以确定配送中心发展的目标市场和市场定位及项目规划。本文希望通过对设施定位、资料收集与分析、方案产生、方案评估及执行管理等五阶段,探讨建置专业型医药物流中心时,其设施规划方面所应考虑的规划步骤,透过作业流程分析,模组系统化配置,能快速及有系统获得物流中心的作业规划及设施配置. 关键词:物流管理、配送中心规划、设施规划西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1I页 Abstract To modate theincreasing glolalization petitive pressure,the government hasestablished Since theperiod of1980s,many distribution centers were established to sarisfy’the emerging needs from diversifying ,most ofthem were thansformed from thetraditional warehousing facilitieswithlittlesystematic methodology available forthedesign addition,most ofthe distribution centers were designed fordomestic production process only,rather than tohandle theinternational goods andglobal operation process.
