文档介绍:成都理工大学学士学位论文 1 秸秆打包机设计姓名:牟彬专业:机械工程及自动化指导教师:刘念聪摘要中国是一个农业大国,每年因农作物收获会产生大量的秸秆,同时秸秆也是一种可再生资源,因为秸秆种类繁多,包括棉花,小麦,玉米,水稻等,因各种秸秆质地不一,不作统一研究,特以小麦秸秆为研究对象,简化研究过程。秸秆打包机的研究已有几十年的历史,现在国内主要存在的大多数是离田式,脱离现场将秸秆粉碎然后打包,或者直接将秸秆粉碎后还田作为肥料,也有打包压缩成型作为饲料或者燃料,而协同联合收割机打包并压缩成型的很少,因此研究一种能结合联合收割机并压缩成一种可利用的建筑材料的打包机有着客观的必要性。此次设计主要是根据秸秆打包机设计原则进行结构设计,因为要安装于联合收割机,必须在布局上进行优化,并在压缩成型方面采用液压成型结构,确定以粉碎结构,打包成块,压缩成型机构,并对每个机构进行三位建模和详细的计算。在粉碎机构中采用抛刀式,并加装抛送板,抛刀式结构在粉碎过程中,粉碎均匀,机构简单,打包成块采用液压方式,机械结构简单,压缩效果也比较理想。因为秸秆打包机协同联合收割机作用,应用前景广,又不受设备的局限性,又可以高效的粉碎,传输,压缩成型,打包成块,协调准确。关键词: 打包机,粉碎,压缩,液压成都理工大学学士学位论文 2 Design of straw pack machine Abstrac t China is an agricultural country .
