摘  要：随着信息技术的发展及ERP系统的日益普及，计算机在管理中的作用越来越不容忽视。之间通过交易的趋势越来越明显。在这种环境中，采购作为生产经营的一个重要环节应加强管理，充分利用外部环境条件，逐步实现物资采购的化管理。物资采购管理系统是针对内部而设计的，应用于的局域网，这样可以使得内部管理更有效的联系起来。本课题就是针对的采购管理，开发一个基于C/S（Client/Server）构架的管理系统，我采用了目前流行的Powerbuilder做开发工具，后台采用SQL Server数据库。其中系统涉及系统管理、基础数据、单据录入三大模块。系统管理模块包括：用户管理、日志管理、修改密码、注销、退出系统。基础数据模块包括：产品编码、供应商信息、员工信息、仓库信息、商品信息。单据录入模块包括：订单管理、外销清单、内销清单、入库单、出库单。论文首先全面而系统地研究了构建一个物资采购管理系统所必备的各种知识和技术手段，进行系统可行性分析，介绍系统开发环境，设计系统数据库，规划物资采购流程，接下来进行系统总体设计，子系统的开发与实现，最后是测试、安装与发布的说明。

Abstract：Along with the development of information technology and popularization of ERP system and the role of computer in management and should not be ignored. Through the trend between trade is more and more obvious. In this kind of environment, purchasing, production and operation as an important part of the management should be strengthened, and make full use of the external environment conditions, gradually realize the material purchasing management. Material purchasing management system is designed for internal, applied in LAN, and so can make more efficient internal management. This topic is for purchasing management, development based on C/S (architecture) are/Server management system, I used currently popular Powerbuilder do development tool, using SQL Server database background. Among them, the system involves system management, data and documents entry three modules. System management module includes: user management, log management, modify the password, cancellation, exit system. Basic data module include: product coding, suppliers, employees, warehouse information, commodity information. Documents input module includes: order management, export list,
