上海市普通高校网球运动队的现状分析及发展对策研究

摘要

1987年,前国家教委和前国家体委联合下文,在高校中试办高水
平运动队。高校竞技体育运动顺应了社会对教育多元化发展的要求,
顺应了社会对提高体育人才要求的需要,顺应了竞技体育自身发展的
需要,有其存在的合理性和旺盛的生命力。高校竞技体育运动对提高
学校的运动技术水平,开展全民健身运动,丰富校园文化生活,促进
学校精神文明建设,培养大学生终身体育思想有着积极的促进和推动
作用。为了巩固和提高上海市高校竞技体育在全,进
一步加大我市大学生网球运动发展的进度,必须加强科学理论研究,
以科学的理论为指导,制定出符合上海市实际的、切实可行的方针政
策,确保高校网球运动的蓬勃发展。因此,我们要立足本市,客观而
深入地分析当前上海市普通高校网球运动队的现状,探讨其存在的问
题并提出解决的措施。以19所上海市普通高校网球运动队的大学生运
动员和教练员为研究对象,运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访
谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,分析上海市普通高校网球运动队的发
展现状及存在的主要问题,探讨上海市普通高校网球运动队发展的指
导思想和基本依据,从高校竞技体育管理体制,高水平运动员选材制,
运动员文化学习、运动训练管理制度,教练员选拔、培训管理制度,
高校竞技体育的发展方向等角度提出建议和对策,以期为我市普通高
校网球运动队的决策者和从事高校网球运动队的教练员们提供参考。

ANALYSIS OF CURRENT STATUS AND INVESTIGATION ON
DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES OF TENNIS SPORT TEAM
IN SHANGHAI UNIVERSITIES

Abstract

An announcement launched by former State Education Council and State
Physical Culture and mission declared anize high level sport teams
in universities around the world in petitive sport of university has its
rationality for existing and hearty vitality due to its conformance to the society
demand for diverse education development, advanced professions of physical
education and self development petitive sport. Competitive sport of university
contributes a lot to increasing athletic level of universities, building people’s physique,
enriching campus culture, enhancing the social construction of spirituality and making
students maintain continual education in their whole life. In order to consolidate and
enhance the status and levels of petitive sport in China, we have to
speed up the development of tennis sports among college students and scientific
theory research. Based on these theories, we can establish guidelines and policies
according to the exact situation of Shanghai to assure the flourished development of
