学术带头人是指学术界的“自然领袖”,科学上的“帅才”人物。通常是指具有良好
的科学素养、广博的科学知识、善于进行创造性劳动、在本学科领域内造诣深刻、得到国
内外同行的认可;不仅自己参加科研、教学,而且还要能团结和带领一支团队为本领域的
发展共同奋斗的优秀学者。
从中国大学发展的现实来看,大学的创新团队建设被提到了越来越重要的战略高度,
与此同时,高校学术带头人的影响与作用也前所未有地显现了出来。但目前我国高校创新
团队学术带头人存在着数量不足、角色意识不清晰、责任与权力不匹配、选拔机制不健全、
专业发展缺少规划等问题,这些问题已经影响了高校创新团队建设和高等教育事业的发
展,因此,各高校应采取措施改善这种状况,规范学术带头人的专业发展。
针对以上的问题,在研究我国高校创新团队学术带头人专业发展现状的基础上,本文
从理论和实践成面对学术带头人的素质结构进行了分析,从高校创新团队的建设出发,有
针对性地提出了高校学术带头人专业发展的一系列建议,从宏观的理论指导和微观的实际
操作方面构建了一套比较完整的高校学术带头人专业发展体系。

The Research on Professional Development of Academic
Leaders in Creative Team of Chinese Universities
Abstract
Academic leader means the leader occurring virtually in academic area, the leading figure in
regard of science. Generally, it refers to the excellent scholar who has good scientific literacy
prehensive scientific knowledge, is good at creative work and plished in his area,
is recognized by his counter parts at home and abroad. He or she can not only take part in
research and teaching but also unite and lead a team to strive together for the development of his
field.
Innovative team-building in universities has been considered as strategic height more and
more important in the view of reality of Chinese university development. At the same time, the
impact and role of academic leaders in the universities has emerged unprecedentedly. However,
there are many problems of academic leaders in creative team of our universities, such as
inadequate amount, vague awareness of role, disproportionate responsibility and authority,
unsound selection mechanism, and professional development lack of planning and so on. These
problems have affected the creative team building and the development of higher education.
