低剂量螺旋CT扫描在结肠外病变诊断中
的应用价值

内容提要：目的：探讨低剂量螺旋CT在结肠外病变诊断的应用价值及临床意义。方法：回顾性分析2017年1月~2019年
12月本院收治的152例腹部CT扫描患者影像，记录所有腹部结肠外病变并进行分级评估；按照临床意义将结
肠外病变分为高度、中度、低度三类。结果：152例患者中发现结肠外病变132例，其中具有高度临床意义的
13例，中度临床意义的35例，低度临床意义的84例。结论：低剂量CT扫描对于结肠外病变的检出和诊断具
有重要的临床意义。
