我国风险投资项目的价值评估方法及应用
摘要
风险投资不是传统意义上的以资金为载体的投资行为,而是一种崭新的投资理念和
投资方式并在科学技术向生产力的转化中起到了举足轻重的作用。
评估风险投资项目价值的过程,是检测风险投资运作成败与否的关键一环,该阶段
在风险投资过程中是很重要的。评估的结果,对风险投资公司和风险企业都具有重要的
参考价值,成为判断风险投资优劣的其中一项关键因素,直接关系到风险投资最终能否
成功。该过程对于研究我国风险投资项目的价值评估方法及应用具有十分重要的意义。
本文首先介绍了风险投资项目价值评估的理念,国内外研究和发展状况;然后根据
风险投资项目价值评估的程序,先从风险投资的不同方面建立评估指标体系,通过加权
平均法或专家评审体系对风险投资进行初步评估,然后在初步评估的基础上对成长期项
目进行定量评估,并提出定量评估的方法。本文研究了国内外先进的风险投资项目价值
评估方法,深入分析了在不同环境和条件下价值评估模型的选择与应用,较为准确地反
映了风险投资的未来潜在价值。
最后,根据我国风险投资项目价值评估的现状,本文提出了相应的建议和对策。希
望本文能够对我国建立较为专业的,适用的,能够应用于实践操作的风险投资项目价值
评估体系具有一定的借鉴作用。

The assessment and application about the value of investment risk
in China
ABSTRACT
Venture Capital (VC) is a brand new investment method in China, and it also plays a
crucial role in helping technologies convert to the productivity. The investment behavior of
VC is not same as traditional investment behavior.
The value evaluation of VC project is critical to VC operation, and it’s also the
important phase of VC project. The result of value evaluation is a good scientific references
and a key factor for panies to judge the result of VC project. Therefore, it is very
important to study the value evaluation method of VC in China.
This thesis firstly introduces the conception of value evaluation of VC, and also the VC
development situation in China and other countries. Then according to the process of the
value evaluation, the thesis sets up a series of evaluation index systems from the different
aspects VC project, and gives quantitative analysis to the seed period project and growing
period project respectively. This thesis probes into some advanced evaluation methods and
models from domestic and international capital market, and further analyzes the selection and
application of evaluation models in the very different circumstances and conditions. The
