文档介绍：青岛大学硕士学位论文青岛休闲旅游资源开发研究姓名:刘在森申请学位级别:硕士专业:旅游管理指导教师:李辅斌 20111203 摘要“十一五’’期间,青岛旅游业发展速度明显加快,产业规模迅速扩大,在全市经济、社会发展中的作用日益凸显。但不可否认的是,青岛旅游业在快速发展的过程中仍存在着一些亟需解决的问题,如旅游产品结构单一,旅游淡旺季明显, 旅游资源的开发多集中在“山、海”等观光资源等。本文通过对目前青岛旅游业发展现状的调研和思考,在旅游可持续发展理论、系统论的指导下,重点对青岛休闲旅游资源开发的一些问题进行了研究。首先,在研究相关理论与文献综述的基础上,运用偏离份额分析法对青岛传统旅游产业的结构竞争力进行分析,表明青岛休闲旅游产品体系的构建尚不完善,有必要加大休闲旅游资源的开发力度。同时对青岛休闲旅游市场的需求状况进行分析可以看出,青岛具备开发休闲旅游资源的有利的条件与基础;其次,对青岛休闲旅游资源的现状进行调查,并参考国家标准及成熟的旅游资源分类方法对青岛市的休闲旅游资源进行分类,继而运用层次分析法对其进行评价和分析; 在此基础上,对青岛市发展休闲旅游,实现旅游业的可持续发展提供对策和建议。即有针对性的将青岛的休闲旅游资源和传统旅游资源进行整合,通过开发相关休闲旅游产品,构建青岛休闲旅游产品体系,以促进青岛旅游的创新与再发展。在研究解决青岛旅游业存在的问题的同时,也希望对其他旅游观光目的地城市今后的旅游发展起到参考和借鉴作用。关键词:休闲旅游;旅游资源整合;旅游产品开发;对策分析 Abstract During theperiod ofEleventh Five-Year plan,the scaleofQingdao tourism industry hasexpanded rapidly and thespeed ofdevelopment isincreasingly风teL However,there is nodoubt thatsomeproblems still existsduring theprocess ofrapid development ofQingdao tourism,such aS simple tourism productstnlc咖. significant seasonal disparity oftourism andthedevelopment oftourism resource most focusing on thetraditional sightseeing ,this廿lesis s1】rvevs current situation ofQingdao tourism,puts forward some valuable mainly doessomeresearch on several problems ofQingdao leisuretourism resouroes development by sustainable development andsystematictheory.
