武汉钢铁公司技术创新的研究

摘要
技术创新是一个从新产品或新工艺设想的产生,经过研究、工程化、商业化生
产,到市场应用的完整过程的一系列活动的总和。随着中国加入 WTO、全球经济一体
化的发展趋势以及新经济的崛起,钢铁工业作为国家传统的基础支柱产业将如何面
临来自国际国内的严峻挑战,持续的技术创新是企业生存发展的唯一出路。
本研究以武汉钢铁公司为例,探讨以技术创新的观点来管理传统钢铁行业的经
营策略。首先透过 Porter 的五种竞争力分析,及企业优势、劣势、机会及威胁 SWOT
分析,来了解武钢外部的经营环境,并清楚定位武钢的竞争优势。其次由该公司的
总体策略转化成技术改革及创新策略,拟定以市场为导向、以财务为核心的经营策
略。自“九五”“十五”以来,在武钢公司领导的正确决策下,武钢的致力于生产设
备、生产工艺、生产管理、产品质量、客户关系管理、信息化管理等诸多方面的创
新,效果明显,取得了卓越的成绩。
本论文剖析了武钢近十年的技术创新实践,从企业是技术创新的主体的体系建
设、技术开发体制的形成、技术创新体系的评价、企业核心竞争能力的培育等几个
方面,论证企业是技术创新的主体,技术创新是使传统企业走出困境,获取效益和
可持续发展的必由之路。籍以提供给其他企业为参考,共同为中国的产业发展做贡
献。

Abstract
Technology innovation is integrated with series of activities, from the thought of new
products or new technology, research, engineering, production to the application in the
market. With China going into WTO, global economic development trend and new
economy, as the national traditional basic industry, how does steel industry face the
serious challenge from home and abroad? Continuous technology innovation is the only
way for the existence and development of enterprises.
This study takes Wuhan Iron & Steel Corp., Ltd.(WISCO)as the example, discusses
the business strategy with the view of technology innovation. Firstly, with the five forces
of Porter, enterprise advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and SWOT, WISCO
external business environment and petition advantages prehended.
Secondly, from the whole strategy into the technology reformation and innovation strategy,
business strategies with the market as the lead and with finance as the core are determined.
From the “ninth five” and “tenth five”, under the correct determination of WISCO leaders,
it worked at the innovation in production equipment, technology, management, quality,
CRM, information management and etc., and made much achievement.
