南京审计学院本科学分制学籍管理规定

为适应高等教育事业发展和社会经济发展对人才培养的要求，充分调动和发挥学生学习的积极性和主动性，培养学生自主管理、自主学习、自主成才的意识和能力，促进学生全面发展，维护正常的教育教学秩序，提高教育教学质量和人才培养质量，根据《中华人民共和国教育法》、《中华人民共和国高等教育法》以及国家教育部《普通高等学校学生管理规定》，结合我校教学管理工作实际，特制定本规定。
本规定分入学与注册；学制、课程与学分；考核与成绩记载；选修、免修、免听、补考与重修；年级认定；转专业与转学；休学与复学；退学；主、辅修制；毕业、结业与肄业；学士学位、附则等共十二章。
第一章   入学与注册
第一条 按国家招生规定，经我校正式录取的学生，方能入学。
第二条 新生应按学校有关要求，在规定的期限，凭录取通知书到校办理入学报到手续，并按规定缴费。
第三条 新生入学后，学校在三个月内按照国家招生规定对学生进行复查，复查合格者予以注册，取得学籍；复查不符合招生条件者，取消学籍。

凡属弄虚作假、徇私舞弊取得学籍者，一经查实，即取消学籍，予以退回。情节恶劣的，移送有关部门查究。
第四条 新生因故不能按期入学报到者，应当向学校请假，请假一般不得超过两周。未经请假或者请假逾期者，除因不可抗力等正当事由外，视为放弃入学资格。新生因特殊困难不能按期入学者，由本人向学校提出书面申请，经学校审核批准，可准予保留入学资格两年。经批准保留入学资格需复学的学生，应在当年的六月向学校提出复学申请，经学校审核同意后，于当年的九月办理入学报到手续。
第五条 新生患有不宜在校学习的疾病，由本人申请，经学校批准，可保留入学资格一年，学
