21 世纪是“网络经济”时代,伴随着科技、经济和社会的发展,互联网像一张不断生
长和扩展的网,伸向世界的每个角落,影响着人类生活的各个方面。而高校对网络的需
求度及依赖度又很高,因此受到网络的影响也就很大。现代化信息技术的飞速发展为医
学生岗前培训的发展提供了必备的条件,所以立足于网络的特点,构建针对性强、实用
性高、具有高扩展性的网络培训平台才是医学生岗前培训的最佳手段。本文依据医学生
目前网络教学建设情况和医学生岗前培训工作的重要性,以培训教学信息资源为研究对
象,论述了在网络环境下,培训信息资源设计与开发的基本过程,对促进医学生岗前培
训网络教学信息资源的建设具有实践意义,同时提升了岗前培训的质量和内涵,开创岗
前培训网络教学新模式。
本论文主要解决的问题是基于网络的医学生岗前培训平台的设计与开发,研究的主
要目标是建立适应本校医学生培训和实台。研究过程中,笔者以现代教
学理论为指导,注重理论与实践的结合,不断更新教学观念,应用网络资源与网络信息
技术,努力构建具有前瞻性的网络培训平台。本论文首先阐述了研究背景与意义;接着
回顾了医学生岗前培训的国内外研究现状;然后介绍了现在经常使用的 Web 数据库技
术、数据库访问技术以及本网络平台开发时所选用的技术;在此基础上,研究了本网络
平台的功能、结构和运行环境;最后具体讲解了本网络平台中的基本平台和各功能模块
的设计与实现。

Abstract
The twenty-first century is the "network economy" era. With the development of science,
economic and social, the looked like a constantly growing and work
stretches to every corner of the world, affecting all aspects of human life. The college has a
high degree of demand and dependence to work, so it is greatly affected by work.
The rapid development of modern information technology provides the necessary hard
conditions for the development of pre-job training for medical students, so based on the
characteristics of work, build targeted, high available, highly work training
platform is the best means for medical students to take pre-job training. I work at the Hebei
University School of Medicine, based on the work construction of school and the
importance of teaching medical students pre-job training, study information resources of
training, discuss the basic process of design and development of information resources in the
network environment. My work has practical significance to promote the construction of
network information resources for medical students to take pre-job training, while enhances
the quality and content of pre-job training and creates a new model of online teach
