摘要 平流层飞艇是一种低速临近空间飞行器,实现区域长期稳定驻留,可
为开发利用临近空间的区域持续信息服务优势提供手段支撑。但是,平流层飞艇
系统复杂,技术挑战大,设计难度大,总体设计基础问题及解决方案尚不完全明
晰。本文在分析平流层飞艇基本特征的基础上,系统梳理了制约平流层飞艇总体
设计的关键问题,分析了影响平流层飞艇设计研制的关键支撑技术,可为平流层
飞艇技术发展提供参考。

Analysis of Key Issues in Stratospheric Airship Design

Abstract The stratospheric airship is a kind of low‐speed near‐space
vehicle that can achieve long‐term stable residence in the region, and can
provide means to support the development and utilization of the
advantages of continuous regional information services in the near‐space.
However, the stratospheric airship system is complex, technically
challenging, and difficult to design. The basic problems and solutions forthe
overall design are not yet fully clear. Based on the analysis of the basic
characteristics of the stratospheric airship, this paper systematicallysorts
out the key issues that restrict the overall design of the stratospheric airship,
and analyzes the key supporting technologies that affect the design and
development of the stratospheric airship, which can provide a reference for
the development of stratospheric airship technology.
