影响我国高校篮球竞技体育人才培养的因素及对策研究

摘要

始于计划经济时代的举国体制,虽然在一定历史时期对于提高我起到了积极作用,但是,举国体制毕竟是我国特定历史时期的
产物。随着我的提高,举国体制在实施
过程中暴露出了许多的自身弊端,对我国篮球竞技运动的发展直接或间接
地造成不良影响。因此,我国高等院校如何培养出既能面向世界,又能立
足国内,具有高度社会主义觉悟的篮球竞技体育人才,是摆在我们面前的
一个全新课题。我篮球队的工作已经开展二十年了,高
校篮球运动水平有了一定的提高,但与国家教育部和篮球队时所确定的目标还相距较远,与差距甚大。即便是 1998 年推行的 CUBA 和 2004 年创办的中国大学
生篮球超级联赛,也便没有给中国高校篮球带来质的飞跃。高校依靠自身
培养出来的大学生参加世界性篮球比赛还未获得令国人满意的理想成绩。
文章通过对我篮球竞技体育人才培养现状的调查,从训
练经费、校级领导重视、运动员的来源、教练员的执教水平、篮球竞赛制
度、管理水平、训练时间、训练条件、科研水平、医务保障等十个方面,
分析影响我国高校篮球竞技体育人才培养的因素;并从美篮
球队的管理机制、运动员的选拔、运动员的学习与训练和运动员的在校待
遇及择业状况四个方面,探讨了美篮球运动员培养机制对我

的实践调研,提出了在我篮球竞技人才培养过程中需要解决
的主要问题,并提出相关对策。

Abstract
The nature of the “whole nation system” that has long been carried out in the
petitive sports is to bring into full play the superiority of the
communists fixating on grand course and by employing the full strengths,
wisdoms and powers of the whole nation to improve the overall capability of our
nation’s petitive sports. With prehensive deepening of the
reform in the socialist market economy, the reform of the “whole nation system”
is inevitable in the period of planned economy. Seen from the constant
developmental tendency in the international petitive sports, the
overall petitive sports tend to e academy-oriented. In order to
follow the trend of the sports development in the world, some universities in our
country also take active actions, establishing basketball high-level sport team to
nurture sports talents and promoting the transition petitive sports to
academies.
