中国商业银行国际竞争力研究--基于市场结构与产权结构的视

摘要
中国自从加入 WTO 以来,随着我国对外开放程度的不断加深,根据 WTO
的相关协议,2006 年年底是我国银行业全面对外开放的时间,随之而来的是外
资银行在我国经营将不再受任何地域、业务及客户的限制。与此同时,国内股份
制商业银行经过改革开放以来近二十年的发展,已经在我国银行业中占有举足轻
重的地位,而传统的四大国有银行其股份化改革也取得了很多阶段性的成果。因
此,在新的形势下中国银行业的竞争程度势必愈演愈烈,而其参与者不乏正在大
量进入我国的外资银行,与此同时,我国一些商业银行也在不断扩张规模的基础
上将其战略直指海外市场。所以,中国商业银行国际竞争力问题是值得我们关注
和分析的一个重要问题,而本文也将主要从我国商业银行市场结构及产权结构的
角度对其国际竞争力问题进行分析。
文章共分为六部分:第一部分是导论,主要包括问题的提出、国内外相关文
献的综述,并在此基础上给出本文的结构框架及技术路线;第二部分主要包括商
业银行国际竞争力的理论界定及相关分析,共两方面内容:首先介绍商业银行国
际竞争力的内涵界定及归纳,其次结合产业组织理论分析商业银行国际竞争力的
几个理论模型;第三部分介绍我国商业银行的发展现状,首先介绍我国国有商业
银行及股份制商业银行在我国发展与改革的过程及现状,其次注重外资银行在我
国发展现状及特点的分析;第四部分和第五部分是文章的主体框架,其中,第四
部分构建商业银行国际竞争力的理论分析框架及其主要影响因素,在影响因素方
面,通过宏观因素与微观因素的结合分析,尤其是微观因素方面对商业银行产权
结构及市场结构的重要作用进行理论阐述来构架文章的分析框架。第五部分则运
用相应的分析框架进行实证分析;第六部分是文章的总结与启示,将在综合评价
的基础上就如何提高我国商业银行国际竞争力给出相关对策建议。

ABSTRACT
As one member of World anization (WTO), China has been increasingly
opening its bank industry accordingly to relative WTO agreements. At the same time,
foreign banks are especially taking drastic steps to enter China because of a total
cancellation of restraint policies at the end of 2006 which lasted for a long time. There
is no doubt that mercial banks have e one of the most important
parts of local bank system with the accumulative effects of 20 years’ economic
restructure and re-opening policies. What is more, the traditional four big state-owned
national banks have also been restructuring step by step. As a result, we believe that
petition in our bank industry will surely e more and more drastic. This
is to a large extent due to the enter of foreign banks too. Therefore, it is very
important for us to focus on the issue currently and it would be meaningful for us to
analyze the petitiveness of mercial banks so as to give
some suggestions for their future development.
