西曲选煤厂降低选煤介耗的措施

摘要西曲选煤厂主要入洗西曲矿井下原煤，现由于井下原煤煤质的变化及原煤小时处理量的提升，脱介
设备脱介较为困难，选煤介耗增加，通过对工艺流程的逐一分析排查，对每一环节制定脱介筛的入料量、脱
介效果、介质回收系统等不同的措施，实现降低生产介耗的目的，提高生产经济效益。

Abstract: Xiqu Coal Preparation Plant mainly washes raw coal under Xiqu Mine. Due to the change of coal quality
and the improvement of raw coal hourly processing capacity, it is more difficult to remove the medium and increase the
medium consumption. Through the analysis and investigation of the process flow one by one, different measures such as
