新冠疫情背景下医院情景化培训体系实践研究

【摘 要】 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发展迅速，严重威胁全球人民的生命安全和身体健康。医院是“战疫”的主战
场，医护人员作为“战疫”的主力军，站在抗击新冠肺炎的第一线，而对于其生命健康的保障，是有效应对肺炎的关键。深
圳市罗湖区人民医院高度重视疫情防控工作，为减少医护人员感染，以需求为导向制订了院内防控培训方案，以情景式
培训和考核的方式对全体员工乃至院外学习人员进行有针对性的培训 ，使得医院员工防护意识和能力普遍提高，疫情期
间无交叉感染发生，并将成功经验进行了推广。同时，疫情防控离不开基层医疗机构的重要作用，在今后的防控培训体
系中应将基层医疗机构纳入，并且提升医院和医护人员对于公共卫生防控知识的重视。
