跨文化交际视角下中西饮食文化对比研究

摘 要
“民以食为天”，饮食文化作为文化的重要组成部分，是中西文化最有代表性的文化现象，也是最能体
现中西文化差异的文化现象之一。中西文化之间的差异造就了中西饮食文化的差异。本文在跨文化交际
视角下通过介绍中西饮食文化特点，从而探索中西饮食文化的差异，进而探索中西方种种文化之间的差
异。
