1988 年隋唐洛阳城遗址被国务院公布为全国重点文物保护单位,
2005 年被列为国家“十一五”期间重点保护的大遗址之一。洛南里
坊区遗址作为隋唐洛阳城遗址的重要组成部分,是我国现存规模最
大、保存最好的隋唐时期里坊区遗址,具有很高的历史、艺术、社会
和科学研究价值。在城市建设高速发展的背景下,对洛南里坊区遗址
进行保护研究已迫在眉睫。洛南里坊区遗址保护的成功具有重要的现
实意义,将为隋唐洛阳城遗址总体保护奠定良好基础。
本文对洛南里坊区的历史变迁、历史文化进行了论述;按城垣遗
址、城门遗址、街道遗址和里坊遗址四类对历年考古资料进行整合,
并概述其研究成果和洛南里坊区遗址类型;从已探明遗址本体、潜在
的遗址本体和遗址环境三个方面分析洛南里坊区遗址面临的问题,并
对遗址现状进行评价;根据国内外遗址保护模式的研究成果,运用定
性分析和定量分析相结合的方法为洛南里坊区保护模式的选择提供
参考;阐述保护模式实施的理论框架,提出遗址局部的展示方式,从
生态和文化两方面探讨遗址环境的建设;明确当前洛南里坊区遗址可
持续发展的方向。

Abstract
Abstract

SuiTang Luoyang city was promulgated the key protection unit in 1988,
and was listed one of the key protection great ruins during the Chinese 11th
Five-Year Plan in2005. As the important part of SuiTang Luoyang city ruin, the
south neighbourhood ruin of Luo river is the largest and the intactest
neighbourhood ruin of SuiTang dynasty, and it possesses the high value of
history, art, society and scientific research. The protection research of the south
neighbourhood ruin of Luo river has been extremely urgent for the city
building at high speed. The essful protection of the south neighbourhood
ruin of Luo river possesses the important reslistic sense, it would lay a good
ground-work for the whole protection of SuiTang Luoyang city ruin.
The thesis states the history and culture of the south neighbourhood ruin
of Luo river. The thesis sorts out the archaeology data of each year according to
the city ruins, the city door ruins, the street ruins and the neighbourhood ruins,
and it states the archaeological research plishment and the ruin type of
the south neighbourhood of Luo thesis points out the problems the
ruin’s protection faces through the aspects of its clear body, potential body and
surroundings, and it appraises the ruin’s present situation. Based on the study
