Abstract
Abstract
As an important part of Chinese educational system, higher vocational education takes the
responsibility to cultivate first -line skilled persons to meet the society needs. In recent years,
with the development of economy, vocational education has e a hot topic of the
education sector. C onsequently, college students as “high - qualified professionals”, have
gained more and more concerns. Are they interested in their majors? How do they manage
their studies? And whether or not they devote to improve their professional skills? Are they
confident in their future jobs? Focused on these questions, questionnaires were used to study
the mitment, learning burnout and occupational choice self -efficacy of 400
college students. B ased on the research, the author put forward some instructive solutions to
the relative problems of college students.
The research shows that vocational college students ’ mitment level is
not very high in general and there is a sharp diffe rence as far as grade, subject and score are
