电网建设工程验收工作管理办法
公司各部门、检修公司各专业、各县级供电企业：
为进一步加强公司安全质量管理，规范电网建设工程验收管理工作，认真落实***“三集五大”体系建设方案中各部门的职责，依据《110kV及以上送变电工程启动及竣工验收规程》（DL/T782-2001）、《***输变电工程验收管理办法》（国网（基建/3）188-2015）和《***生产准备及验收管理规定》（国网（运检/3）296-2014），进一步明确管理责任，细化工作流程，保证电网建设工程安全、优质、零缺陷投产，特制定本管理办法，本办法适用于10kV及以上电网建设工程的验收工作。
一、电网建设工程实行全过程验收管理，工程项目必须严格履行验收程序，验收合格后方可开展后续工作，未经启动验收或验收不合格的，禁止启动投运。
二、运维检修部负责所辖电网建设工程交接验收工作。设备运维单位负责设备大修、技改和业扩工程的交接验收工作，运维检修部进行业务指导。电力调度控制中心、基建部、信通分公司等相关部门配合开展验收工作。
三、电网建设工程完工后，由建设单位向运维检修部提交工程竣工报告，申请工程竣工验收。运维检修部收到工程竣工报告并具备以
