文档介绍：东北大学硕士论文航空服务公司客户服务信息系统摘要随着航空服务公司竞争的日益激烈,如何提高服务质量,开发新的服务项目, 提高自身在行业内的竞争优势,成为许多航空服务公司面临的首要任务。正是在这样的背景下,沈阳北方七星公司提出要在已有的呼叫中心(Call Center)硬件平台基础上,开发一套完善的管理信息系统‘(Management-Information System~ MIS),一方面为客户提供更为方便快捷的优质服务和更为丰富的增值业务;另一方面实现公司业务的信息化管理,提高工作效率和质量。航空服务公司客户服务信息系统就是应北方七星公司的要求进行开发的。论文是在系统开发的基础上,结合本人工作完成的。在系统开发过程中,本人负责后台子系统的设计与开发,后台子系统作为独立的应用程序运行于服务器端,采用了C++BuiIcier提供的Lady( Direct)组件和多线程技术进行开发。本文首先对企业提出的原始需求进行分析,结合企业现状,提出了解决方案; 然后对系统的总体设计进行了描述,系统分为前台子系统和后台子系统两个部分, 前台子系统包括所有的操作终端和应用程序服务器,后台子系统包括银行网络数据接口和后台数据状态管理系统;接下来对后台子系统的设计、实现以及系统测试进行了详细的说明,这是本文的重点部分;最后对整个项目的开发进行了总结。关键词:航空服务呼叫中心管理信息系统银行接口一II—东北大学硕士论文 ABSTRACT Client Service Information System ofAir pany Abstract With the petition panies day byday,how toimprove thequality ofservice,develop thenew project ofserviceand advance petition es theprimary taskthat panies under such background,did Shenyang Northem Qixing Co., thatitneeds todevelop aset ofperfectmanagement information system on theexisted hardware platform ofcall on the one hand,it can provide more convenient services tocustomers;on theotherhand,it makes the business pany realizeinformatio玛and improve theworking efficiency andquality.
