文档介绍：摘要柳州供水企业作为国民经济有机组成部分和基础产业,如何在水务市场化的大潮中构造和完善自身,以满足柳州市经济发展和人民生活水平日益提高的需求, 是迫切需要解决的重大问题。随着市场经济的发展,柳州的供水企业已成为一个相对独立的企业。在企业运营中,必然要求按市场经济规律来分析企业的效益。同时,也要求以科学管理、科学规划的方式来进行企业管理和发展战略的规划。本文首先对柳州供水企业几项重要技术指标进行经济分析,然后运用多元回归法、指标分析法对柳州供水需求进行了定量分析与预测;在此基础上对柳州供水网络建设和发展提出规划建设。另一方面从定性分析的角度对柳州供水企业的发展环境进行了论证,提出今后企业的发展方向和战略措施。本文旨在为保证柳州市自来水供给,促进柳州经济高速、持续、稳定发展提供有益的探索和建议。同时希望对类似的供水企业有一定的参考价值。关键词:科学管理需求预测发展环境战略 ABSTRACT As afimdamental industry and integralpart ofitseconomy,the construction and implementation ofwater undenaldng inLinZhou tosatisfy itseconomic development and toenhance theliving standards ofi乜people e important issueswhich callfor immediate solution.
