FOB在实际应用中的风险与防范

摘要：伴随着改革开放和加入WTO,我国已经全面融入于世界经济当中。我国的对外贸易不断增加，在实际操作中，为了简化交易的手续，缩短磋商的时间和节省交易的开支及费用，贸易术语成为了实际操作中必不可少的一环，而FOB作为其中的一种贸易术语，是买卖双方使用频率最高的一种，据统计，目前我国FOB贸易合同已经达到70%以上，很多出口企业青睐于选择FOB。但在频繁使用的过程中，FOB贸易术语既给企业带来了便捷，也给企业带来了一定的风险。本文通过一系列相关案例对FOB贸易术语在实际操作中的风险进行分析，得到一些见解，提出一些防范措施，从而更好的了解FOB贸易术语并且降低风险。

Risks and Precautions of FOB in Practical Application
Abstract: The implementation of reform and opening-up policy and
the entry into WTO brings China’s economy into the world economic
system. China’s foreign trade is increasing continuously. In order to
simplify trade procedures and shorten time for consultations and savings
and transaction costs, trade terms has become an essential part in practice.
FOB as a trade term is the highest use in transaction. According to a
survey, China’s current trade FOB contract has reached more than 70%,
many export enterprises prefer this trade mode. However, it not only
brings convenience but also risks to enterprises. This paper analyses risks
of FOB in practical operation through relevant examples, and proposes
precautionary measures in order to have a better understand of FOB trade
term and reduce the risk.
