Self-hypnosis is safe, simple and superb.
It's as easy to learn as watching television.
There's no need plicated formulas or special gadgets.
You can do it anywhere, anytime.

In fact, you've been using self-hypnosis all your life.
You might have called it daydreaming, or fantasizing.
