【摘要】目的调查城市人群精神卫生知识知晓情况，为 制定精神卫生工作相关策略和措施提供参考依据。方法采 用自编成套调查问卷，对514名社区及学校人群进行无记 名的调查。结果普通人群精神卫生知识各项知晓率均低于 45%,对精神卫生相关的法律法规的知 晓率最低（%）, 不同职业人群、家人中有无精神障碍患者的人群对精神卫生 知识的知晓率存在显著差异。对精神障碍患者的理解与认 识方面，85%的人群对精神障碍患者表示关心 和同情， 47. 5%的人认为精神障碍患者只有一部分人是危险人物；家 人中有精神障碍患者的被调查者持负面看法的比例更高， 且两组间存在显著的差异。结论城市人群精神卫生知识 匮乏，应加强精神卫生的宣传和教育，建立健全精神卫生法 规和相关政策，全面推进新世纪精神卫生工作的发展。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the awareness rate among citizenson mental healthKnowledge in Kunming,Yunnan Province, aimed to provide scien tific basisfor relevant policy and strategy making. Methods The questionnair e for investigat ion was developed and applied for 514 residents in Kunming community and school. Results The awareness for the knowledge on mental health amongresidents in al 1 of the items are lower than 45%, especially for the knowledge of legislation,which is the lowest (%). Significant differences are found among different oc cupation and different family background. 85% of the residents are sympathetic a nd care about mental patients, 47. 5% think that part of mentally ill patients ar e dangerous. Those who have family member(s) suffering from mental diso
