文档介绍：山东科技大学毕业设计(论文) 毕业设计小区物业信息管理系统设计论文作者: 所学专业: 指导老师: 山东科技大学毕业设计(论文) 摘要对于小区物业管理来说,其工作流程繁杂多样,收缴费用与设备维护也十分繁琐, 管理起来十分复杂。随着计算机科学技术飞速发展, 网络的广泛应用,计算机已经能完全胜任小区物业管理的工作,可以有效解决物业管理中遇到的困难。伴随着小区的规模不断扩大和住户不断增多, 小区物业管理的工作量也随之增加, 因此设计一套效率高、差错少的小区物业管理系统十分有必要。这也是物业管理走向科学化、信息化、现代化的重要标志。本次毕业设计的主要内容是设计并且实现一个基于 we b 技术的小区物业管理系统,故而系统主要以 J2EE 作为开发基础, 综合使用了 Struts2+Spring+ Hibernate 等多种框架,用 Myeclipse 作为开发工具, 以 SQL Server2005 作为数据库,以 Macromedia 公司的 Dreamweaver 作为界面美化工具,使用 JAVA 语言开发,页面采取 JSP 动态页面开发技术。该系统界面简单大方、操作方便,容易维护。关键词: 物业管理; web 技术; JSP ; SQL Server2005 山东科技大学毕业设计(论文) Abstract For residential property management, its work processes plex and diverse, and its collection costs and equipment maintenance are also very tedious, so it is plicated to manage that information . With the continuous improvement of science and technology , computer science and technology has been developed very quickly. T puter has been able to fully qualif y residential property management work, and to e the difficulties encountered in property management . In addition associated with cell expanding and growing household, residential property management workload has increased, so it is necessary to design an efficient and error-free residential property management.
