边等三个层次展开战略博弈。1989 年 5 月中苏峰会实现两国关系正常化是这两个过程演变的结果。苏
联解体后中苏关系能够平稳过渡到中俄关系这一事实表明,两国关系已经有了相当稳固的基础,中苏

关系正常化既是战略博弈的结果也是水到渠成的。

Abstract The Sino-Soviet relations in the 1980s revolved mainly round two intertwined processes. On the one

hand the two countries ceaselessly explored the principles and basis for the normalization of relations between

them and gradually expanded mon understanding through negotiations and contacts on the other hand

both sides had their strategic game at the three levels global regional and bilateral. The normalization of rela-
tions between the two countries achieved at the Sino-Soviet summit in May 1989 was a result of the evolution of the
two processes. The smooth transition of the Sino-Soviet relations to the Sino-Russian relations after the disintegra-
tion of the Soviet Union showed that the relations between the two countries already had very solid foundations.
The normalization of Sino-Soviet relations was both a result of the strategic game and a development that was sure
