大学生健康人格与心理健康、自我和谐的关系研究

摘要
为了在实践领域更加丰富大学生健康人格的实证研究,通过查阅有关资料、形容词
法和头脑风暴法等方法搜集问卷题项,编制大学生健康人格初测问卷,经过项目分析和
因素分析形成大学生健康人格正式问卷,并采用 LISREL 建立了大学生健康人格结
构模型,与理论构想存在一定的差异。健康人格、心理症状、自我和谐都是影响大学生
自我成长的重要因素,通过对 2394 名大学生进行调查,分析了大学生健康人格、心理
症状与自我和谐的现状,并探讨了三者之间的关系,为这三个领域的研究提供了一定的
理论与实证支持。得出结论主要有:
(1)自编大学生健康人格问卷具有良好的信度、效度。由明理、谦逊、勤勉、宜人、
自主、诚笃、团体精神这七个维度构成。
(2)大学生的健康人格总体上在性别、是否独生子女、学历、专业、学科、年级变
量上有显著差异。
(3)不同健康人格水平的大学生在心理症状和自我和谐上有显著差异,仅与自我的
刻板性无显著差异。
(4)大学生健康人格与 SCL-90 总分及各维度呈显著负相关,与自我和谐总分、自我
与经验的不和谐呈显著负相关,与自我灵活性呈显著正相关,与自我的刻板性无显著相
关。
(5)大学生健康人格水平对心理症状有一定的预测作用,自我和谐在健康人格和心
理症状之间起部分中介作用。

Abstract
Abstract
In order to enrich empirical study of college students’ healthy personality in the practice
areas,this study collected the questionnaire items through consulting some information,
adjective way and brainstorming and so on, and the initial college students’ healthy
personality questionnaire was prepared, then the formation of healthy personality formal
questionnaire item was formed after items analysis and factor analysis. And the structural
model of college students’ healthy personality was established by LISREL , but there was
some differences from the theoretical ideas. Healthy personality, psychological symptoms,
self consistency and congruence were important factor in college students’ self-growth, 2394
students were tested, analysising the status of healthy personality, psychological symptoms
and self consistency and congruence and exploreing the relationship among them, for
providing theoretical and empirical support in the three areas of study. The main conclusion
were:
(1) Healthy personality questionnaire had good reliability and validity. It constituted
seven dimensions of sensible, modest, diligent, pleasant, independent, sincere and earnest and
team spirit.
