文档介绍:摘要本次设计的自动沾锡装置可以抓取变压器,代替人工在高温的环境下完成沾锡过程,避免烫伤等伤害。本次设计的自动沾锡装置由多部分组成,机械手、竖臂、横臂、锡炉等。综合所学理论知识与相关机械设计的专业知识,可完成对此自动沾锡装置设计,并且绘制所需装配图和零件图。此沾锡装置其中的机械部分可采用伺服电动机、螺旋杆、导向光杆等相关机械部件组成。沾锡的装置控制系统的设计,绘制的机械臂的工作原理图,大大提高了工作效率和图纸质量。本文采用三维设计,三维效果绘制整个装置,然后再完成了二维图形的绘制,不仅提高了效率,而且好的图纸质量高。这次的机械设计,希望能对可改善工作环境和良好的改善,还可以为企业提高产业效益和好的效果。关键词:机械手; 伺服电机; UG ; PLC Abstract Automatic soldering device, this design can grab the transformer, instead of manual work is stained with tin process in high temperature environment, avoid scald injury. The design of the automatic soldering device posed of many parts, mechanical hand, arm, arm, tin furnace etc.. Integrated the theory of professional knowledge and related mechanical design, can finish the automatic soldering device design, and draw the assembly drawing and part drawing. This tin device which can posed of the mechanical parts of servo motor, screw, guide rod and other related mechanical parts. Design of control system with tin, working principle diagram of mechanical arm drawing, greatly improving the working efficiency and quality of the drawings. This paper uses 3D design, 3D rendering the entire device, and then in the two-dimensional graphics rendering, not only improve the efficiency, but also good drawings of high quality. Mechanical design of this, in hopes of improving the working environment and good improvement, but also for enterprises to improve industrial efficiency and good effect.
