Abstract
We developed a multiplex polymerase chain reaction (M-PCR) assay to simultaneously detect Trichomonas vaginalis, Mycoplasma
hominis, and Ureaplasma urealyticum. The test is extremely specific and has a sensitivity of 10 cells for T. vaginalis and U. urealyticum and
