摘要
随着科技和网络技术的发展，针对如何利用科技和网络技术来有效提高政府部门工作的效率的呼声越来越高了。于是，电子政务便应运而生。今天的我们已经步入了 21世纪了，这是一个信息化、办公自动化并且讲究效率的时代。电子政务就是政府部门利用高科技对政务办公系统进行信息化改造来提高政府的依法行政水平。数据保护是电子政务系统的核心。电子政务系统需要处理海量的数据；针对如何来有效阻止网络非法攻击和客观物理上的自然灾难对数据（尤其是涉及国家和政府机密的电子政务数据）的破坏成为了当务之急。在这种环境下，必须要构建一个较为完善的电子政务数据备份与容灾系统。
本文所设计的电子政务数据备份容灾系统具备了现有容灾系统的主要功能；例如零数据丢失（实时备份）、任意时间点回退、异地备份、实时监控、链路冗余等等。此外该系统应当还具备短信告警、远程控制等功能。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology and network technology, in view of how to use science and technology and network technology to effectively improve the efficiency of government departments work calls for more and more high. Therefore, the electronic government affairs arises at the historic moment. Today we have entered into the 21st century, it is a information, office automation, and pay attention to the efficiency of the era. E-govemment is the government using high-tech information to government affairs office system reform to improve the level of government administration according to law. Data protection is the core of e-govemment system. E-government system to deal with huge amounts of data; On how to effectively prevent illegal network attack and objective physical natural disaster of data (especially involving state and classified government e-government data) damage has become the top priority. In this environment, we must build a relatively perfect e-government data backup and disaster recover system.
In this paper, the design of e-government data disaster backup system with the system's main function is somewhere to disaster; Such as zero data loss (real-time backup), at any time point back, long-distance redundancy backup, real-time monitoring, link, and so on. The system should also have the SMS alarm, remote control, and other functions.
