First obtains each location standard time using model law mod, and calculates produces energy; Next carries on the evaluation using the production line equilibrium ratios method to this production line, determined whether this assembly line does need to improve; Once more divides using the ECRSprinciple and the 5W1H six big inquiry law had not achieved the balance the question which analyzes in the assembly line to exist and found the solution, as well as to production line continuum transformation, thus balances optimizes the assembly line. Finally draws support the object-oriented eM-Plant software, to the assembly line which designs carries on the fast simulation, analyzes worker conditions and so on use factor, output control and plant management, by assists the enterprise the superintendent correct decision-making. Discusses the advanced assembly line technology to apply in makes nowin the enterprise the necessity as well as the simulation technology took an important analysis method, transforms producer in the formula in the general manufacture enterprise the application.
