文档介绍：广西大学硕士学位论文基于产业集聚的广西北部湾物流产业竞争优势研究姓名:乔宗梅申请学位级别:硕士专业:国民经济学指导教师:杨克斯 20090530 基于产业集聚的广西北部湾物流产业竞争优势研究摘要产业集群的研究进展在很多国家和地区产生广泛且深刻的影响, 成为经济学以及社会学等学科的研究热点问题之一,并引起决策部门和产业规划部门的极大兴趣。2008年国家发展改革委会制定的《广西北部湾经济区发展规划》出台,明确提出在北部湾经济区大力发展物流等多个行业产业集群的政策。广西北部湾业物流业的发展现状表现出物流企业竞相发展并不断壮大,大型企业实力不断增强,物流企业的专业化水平及装备和技术水平不断提高,政策环境不断改善等特征,同时也存在很多问题。广西北部湾物流产业集群的模式最接近于卫星式产业集群,其主要特征比较符合卫星式产业集群的特征,另外,广西北部湾经济区的物流产业集群的实际情况也是几种类型的混合体,如广西北部湾港口物流集群就带有轮轴式产业集群的雏形。广西北部湾物流产业集聚钻石体系要素禀赋中,区位、基础设施、相关支撑产业优势明显,但在高级技术人才及资金支持等方面的竞争力较弱,它的物流需求主要是以原料、农产品以及初级工业品为主的运输、保管等方面,对于包装、流通尤其是高附加值物流需求较少。所以,现阶段,在机遇与挑战并存的情况下,广西北部湾政府必须发挥政府导向作用,在继续保持优势要素的基础上,大力支持劣势要素, 争取早日发挥广西北部湾物流产业集聚区的优势。关键词:产业集聚物流业竞争优势广西北部湾行业协会 RESEACH PETIVE ADV:f▲NTAGE OF LoGISTIC SINDUSTRY oF BEIBU GULF INGUANGⅪBASED oN INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER ABSTRACT Research on industry clusters inmany countries and regions have wide—ranging and profound impact,which ing one ofthe hot spots ineconomics and sociology etc,and cause great interestof decision—making and industrialplanning 2008,National Development and mission established and appeared “Guangxi Beibu Bay Economic Zone Development Plan",which introduced clearly thepolicy of thestrong development oflogistics and otherindustrialclusters inEconomic Zone ofBeibu gulf.
