铁精矿提铁降硫工艺研究

摘要
近年来我国钢铁产量增加迅猛每年以 15%~20%的速度增加炼铁企
业为追求更高的经济效益及利润对铁精矿质量提出了越来越高的要求
目前国际上优质球团矿的主要质量指标已提高到铁含量 65% SiO 2 含量
3% P 含量 % S 含量 % 某铁矿选矿厂由于原矿石性质复杂
铁矿物嵌布粒度较细选矿最终铁精矿品位仅 65% 左右硫含量却高达
% 不能满足集团公司对铁精矿质量的要求本课题的目标就是通过提
铁降硫工艺研究将铁精矿中铁品位提高到 67%以上硫含量降低到 %
以下为选矿厂进行全流程技术改造提供依据
取现场弱磁铁精矿为试验样品对其中硫的矿物种类赋存状态及其
与铁的镶嵌关系进行详细的工艺矿物学研究找出弱磁铁精矿铁品位低硫
含量高的原因
取现场弱磁铁精矿为试验样品进行细筛筛上再磨弱磁选流程
全部再磨弱磁选流程研究探索将矿样分为两个级别降低选别粒级宽
度采用弱磁选提铁降硫的可能性

验通过几种提铁降硫流程试验对比研究为选矿厂改造提供最优工艺
对主要矿物磁铁矿和磁黄铁矿特性等进行了研究揭示了提铁降硫机理
本研究表明采用预先分级磁选浮选流程再磨量 19%左右磨
矿量少再磨费用低流程简单可获得最终铁精矿品位 TFe % S
% 铁回收率 %的技术指标同时还表明复合捕收剂 TSY 是种
捕收能力强选择性较好的降硫药剂

ABSTRACT
Study on the Flowsheet for Desulphurization and Improving
Iron Grade of Iron Concentrate
In recent years, the output of steel in our country increases rapidly, with the
speed of 15~20 percent. In order to gain the best economical benefits and profits,
iron smelting corporation speaks for the better iron concentrates in quality. At
present, the leading quality standard of the international pelletizing mineral with
high grade has been improved: such as iron content 65%, silicon dioxide
content 3%, phosphorus content %, sulfur content<%. A concentrator
produced an iron concentrate that had a content of iron about 65% and a content
of sulfur over %, because its raw ore plex character, mineral of iron in
raw ore is fine. The quality of iron concentrate cannot meet its iron smelting
corporation’s. The aim of this paper is to enhance the iron grade of final
concentrate over 67% through flowsheet study of desulphurization and
improving iron grade and reduce its sulfur content below %, and offer
guidance for the technical rebuilding of the whole flowsheet of the concentrator.
