文档介绍:上海海事大学硕士学位论文宁波港拖轮船队优化配置研究姓名:陆海波申请学位级别:硕士专业:交通运输工程指导教师:吴相豪;潘永良 20070601 摘要随着科学技术的进步和国际海运业的快速发展,给港口行业带来了新的机遇与挑战。作为宁波港港作拖轮的经营管理企业,宁波港油港轮驳公司未来几年内应如何合理配置港作拖轮队伍的规模和结构,在确保港口生产发展需要的前提下,保持企业的强大生命力和持续发展能力,是本文研究的主要内容。本文通过搜集大量的统计资料,在对宁波港港口生产情况和现有拖轮配置情况分析的基础上,对影响港作拖轮总体配置的港口生产要素进行了全面的统计和分析,特别是在对进出港船舶相关统计数据进行科学归纳、整理、计算的前提下, 探索港作拖轮船队的配置与港口生产的吞吐量、到港船舶类型和艘次数等港口生产要素间内在的关联规律,建立了各自的关联模型,并结合港口生产未来几年内的预测规模,推算出2008年宁波港拖轮船队的总体配置方案。本文期望能通过相关分析,为港口科学合理地配置港作拖轮、减少配置港作拖轮中的盲目性提出较为严谨的计算方法,使港作拖轮船队的配置规模和结构日趋科学、合理,从而满足港口生产经营及未来发展的需要。关键词:经营管理,港作拖轮,预测,总体配置 Abstract Wnh theadvancement ofscience thechnology and therapid development ofintemational madne,it brings new opportunity and challenge for harbour amanagement controlenterprise refers toport-working tugs in ningbo port,ningbo port oilhanding&tug(barge) by which toset a sensible distributionforthedimensions and structure ofport-working tugs jn ing few years on the purpose ofkeeping itsstrong energy and sustainable development capacity,which is the main content of thispaper, This paper viacollecting a large number ofstatisticdatas。basis on anatyzing industryconditions andtugs’ take some processure such asconclusion,adjustment。caculation withharbour production factorthat effect thestructureofport-working tugs,especially on thepremise of statistical analysis by theberthing theanalysis between thestructureof port-working tugs and portmanagement condition,by which researching the ruleof harbour production factor between the structure ofport-working tugs and port’S totalthroughput,the types ofberthing vessels and ship times etc. Meanwile,forecasting thethechanges intheharbour production factor over ing year adopting the globalobject ofningbo port development planning。on the purpose ofputing forward newer algorithmic method for setting sensible distributionofport-working tugs’dimensions and structure, avoiding resources as tomake the port-working tugs’disposition tobemole scientific&rational,while
