气管切开病人吸痰法的探讨

摘要目的探讨气管切开病人的吸痰方法•方法将74例气管切开患者随机分为实验 组(=36)和对照组
(一 38),实验组患者吸痰方法为先抽吸口鼻后抽气管切开处,且口鼻和气管切开处
分开两条吸痰管•对照组38
例则先抽吸气管切开处后抽吸口鼻处，使用一条吸痰管•结果实验组肺部感染发生 时间较对照组晚一周，感染率
(P<),粘膜损伤发生率，吸痰次数及吸痰后2min氧饱和度均值，与对照组比 较差异有显着性意义(P<
)•结论先抽吸口鼻后抽吸气管切开处且吸痰管分开的吸痰效果优于先抽吸气 管切开处后抽吸VI鼻处.
