文档介绍:河北工业大学 2014 届本科毕业论文河北工业大学设计说明书作者: 高耸学号: 100251 学院: 机械工程学院系(专业): 车辆工程题目: JX1030DS 轻型载货汽车变速器设计指导者: 张小俊副教授评阅者: 2014 年5月 25日河北工业大学 2014 届本科毕业论文毕业设计(论文)中文摘要题目 JX1030DS 轻型载货汽车变速器设计摘要: 自从汽车问世以后,汽车变速器就作为传动系统的重要部件起着很大作用。现在的汽车上广泛采用活塞式内燃机, 内燃机本身只能产生范围较小的转矩及转速, 然而汽车的复杂工况却要求汽车具有可以广泛变化的车速及牵引力。通过换挡, 可以实现速比的转换, 可以改变发动机输出的转矩, 就可以满足对驱动车轮的牵引力以及汽车速度在大范围内变化的要求,以适应各种复杂工况,如怠速、起步、减速、加速及克服各种道路阻碍如爬坡等。随着科技的高速发展, 人们对汽车的性能要求越来越严苛, 汽车的舒适性、操纵稳定性、经济性、动力性及安全性等在很大程度上取决于变速器的性能,因此必须重视对变速器的研究。本文首先介绍了变速器的结构、工作原理、传动方案的分析。通过对设计任务书的理解进行了方案的确定,对变速器传动比通过 Mat lab 软件进行了优化, 并且对涉及到的零部件(齿轮、轴、轴承)的结构及强度进行设计及校核,以及输出轴的模态分析。关键字变速器传动比优化设计模态分析河北工业大学 2014 届本科毕业论文毕业设计(论文)外文摘要 Title The Design Of JX1030DS L ight T ruck T ransmission Abstract Born from the car, automotive transmission plays avital role inthe automotive driveline. Automotive piston type bustion engine iswidely used oncars ,which has asmall range ofvariation oftorque and speed .Because ofthe use plex conditions ,vehicle traction and the vehicle speed should bevaried within arelatively wide range. Bychanging the gear ratio, the engine crankshaft torque can bechange d,adapting the start, acceleration, driving and other different driving conditions which need e avariety ofroads ,which the drive wheel traction and speed ofdifferent requirements. With the rapid development oftechnology, people are increasingly demanding high performance cars, car performance, service life, energy consumption, noise and vibration, etc. depends largely onthe performance ofthe transmission, itisnecessary toattach importance tothe study ofthe transmission. This paper describes the transmission ’sworking principle , structure, transmission programs. Ithas determined the program through the understanding ofthe design task. Thetransmission ratio has been optimized byMat lab software ,andonthe involved parts (gears, shafts, bearings) structural design and checking.
