文档介绍:中南大学硕士学位论文降低煤粉锅炉排烟温度研究姓名:叶桂波申请学位级别:硕士专业:动力工程指导教师:周乃君;刘保伟 20070525 中南大学工程硕士学位论文摘要摘要锅炉是最为常用的热工设备,降低锅炉排烟温度对锅炉的安全经济运行及节能降耗有重要的意义。本文以中铝公司科研课题“降低锅炉排烟温度研究”为依托,以中铝广西分公司热电厂2#煤粉锅炉为研究对象,针对其排烟温度过高,导致结焦、热效率偏低的问题展开研究。本文首先深入分析了锅炉排烟温度高的原因与解决方法,通过论证, 最终选择容易实现、效果最为明显的方案——对下级省煤器进行改造;进而在广泛查阅国内外文献资料和对现有技术手段进行充分论证比较的基础上,针对研究对象进行了详细的热力计算与测试分析,得到了省煤器的换热量对降低锅炉排烟温度有重要影响的结论,并为下级省煤器的设计提供了数据依据;以文献和实践经验及热力计算结果为基础,采用新型螺旋肋片管技术代替光管,对下级省煤器进行了优化设计,结果表明:采用螺旋肋片管式省煤器,具有重量轻、防磨性能好、吸热能力强、结构简单、投资小、易于维护等优点,并能增大省煤器吸热量,从而使得排烟温度和热风温度得以降低,同时炉内燃烧温度也有所下降,因而有效减轻了炉膛内的结焦状况。根据设计计算结果对本厂2群锅炉进行了技术改造。为了检验应用效果,对改造前后锅炉热平衡状况进行了测试对比。结果表明,,锅炉排烟温度降低了40℃,热风温度下降了60℃,炉内燃烧温度降低了80℃,下级省煤器出口水温提高了20℃, 这有助于形成炉内工况的良性循环,减轻炉膛结焦。从2撑炉的运行实践来看,改造后锅炉负荷可长期稳定在120~130t/h运行;一台锅炉每年节约用煤约4000吨,按当年物价估算,年获利达60万元,取得了较好的工程应用效果。目前此项研究成果已在本厂其它锅炉上推广应用。关键词煤粉锅炉,螺旋肋片管,省煤器,排烟温度,热力计算中南大学工程硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Boilers are themost ordinary reduction ofthe exhaust gas temperature plays a significant role insecurity,economical operation and energy saving study inthis dissertationwas based on theproject‘‘Research on Reducing theExhaust Gas Temperature of theBoiler'’assigned by ChinaAluminum Corporation,and performed on boiler,Heat power plant,Guangxi Branch ofChina Aluminum Corporation,SO that itshigh exhaust gastemperature,theproblem ofslagging and lowthermal e街ciency should beSOlved intheresearch.
