摘要：利用反相高效液相色谱法测定连翘及桑葚中芦丁成分的含量。采用SHIMDZU VP-ODS(×150mm、)色谱柱，甲醇-%：硫酸溶液(6:4)为流动相，·mol-1，检测波长为360nm。结果：- µg围的线性回归方程为Y=21200X +13697(r=)，%，RSD= % ( n=5)。结论：此方法可用于检测连翘及桑葚中芦丁的含量，为连翘及桑葚的质量评价提供依据。实验表明该方法简便、快捷、适用性好。

Determination of rutin in forsythia

Abstract：The paper is to introduce the experiment of determining the contents of rutin in Forsythia suspense(Thunb.) and mulberry with RP- VP-ODS conlumn(×150mm, ),a mixture of methanol -% phosphoric acid in the ratio of 6 to 4 by volume with a flow-rate of mL·mol-1and the detection wavelength was set up at 360 nm. Results: the linearity of rutin was obtained over the ranges - µg. The linear equationwas Y =21200X +13697 (r=), the average recoveryrate was %, RSD = % (n=5). The method can be used for the determination of rutin in Forsythia suspense and mulberry, which provides a scientific basis for quality assessment to Forsythia suspenseand mulberry. This method is reliable accurate and suitable for the determination of rutin.
