青岛啤酒历经百年长足地发展，三易其手，变革不断，其中最为惊心动魄，具有转折意义的当属近四十余年的兼并扩张。在险恶的市场经济骇浪之中，这艘巨舶，竟最终顽强地生存下来，并成为我国首屈一指“啤老大”，不能不引人深思。而这转变的起点就是青岛啤酒跑马式地兼并扩张。在本篇报告中，我们将以其兼并与整合作为核心，集中从组织管理、营销品牌和企业文化三方面进行系统的分析，对青岛啤酒的组织结构问题的特点、优势以及透露出的隐患弊端深入挖掘，并针对此提出我们的观点和解决措施。从而为国内啤酒行业提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract
Tsingtao brewstery after hundreds of years* fast development, hand three times, change continuously, most of which be struck with fright, the milestone is nearly forty years of annexation. In the black market economy rogue, a huge ship, but ultimately survives tenaciously come down, and become China's " beer. " come first on the list, not thought-provoking. And this change is the starting point of Tsingtao brewstery Valley to annexation. In this report, we will be the merger and integration as the core, focuses on the organization and management, brand marketing and corporate culture three aspects carries on the system analysis, for Tsingtao brewstery organization structure of the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of dig revealed the hidden danger, and then put forward our views and solution measures. Thus for the domestic beer industry to provide a certain reference value.

青岛啤酒股份有限公司成立于1993年，他的前身是1903年8月由德国商人和英国商人合资在青岛创建的日耳曼啤酒公司青岛公司，它是中国历史悠久的啤酒制造厂商，2008年北京奥运会官方赞助商，目前居中国啤酒行业首位，跻身世界品牌500强。
1993年7月15日，青岛啤酒股票在香港交易所上市，是中国内地第一家在海外上市的企业。同年8月27日，青岛啤酒在上海证券交易所上市，成为中国首家在两地同时上市的公司。上世纪90年代后期，运用兼并重组、破产收购、合资建厂等多种资本运作方式，青岛啤酒在中国18个省、市、自治区拥有50 多家啤酒生产基地，基本完成了全国性的战略布局。
