山东省民办中小学体育教学现状与发展对策研究

摘要
自《民办教育促进法》颁布之后,民办教育迅速进入快速发展期,亦旋即成为当
今中国教育的热点之一。近年来,随着山东省进一步加大“科教兴鲁”战略的实施力
度,不仅国家与地方政府兴办的各级各类教育有了新的起色,而且民办中小学的数量
和在校生规模也呈持续上升势头,办学环境、内部管理、教学水平和生源质量等亦有
较大程度提高。学校体育是民办中小学实施素质教育不可或缺的一项重要内容,而作
为学校体育工作核心的体育教学则是实现学校体育目标任务的基本途径。鉴于此,专
门就山东省民办中小学体育教学现状进行调查及对策研究,对于山东省民办中小学提
升体育课程水准、深化体育教学改革、提高体育教学质量和开展素质教育等具有现实
意义。
本研究运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等方法,对山东省民办中小学体育教学现
状、体育师资队伍、体育物质条件及相关影响因素作了如下系统研究:
,学生体育学
习兴趣浓厚、动机多元、态度端正。
(与健康)课程标准的实施力度不够,理论课教学自由
度和随意性较大,体育教学目标、教学内容、教学方法及教学评价距新课标的理念和
要求尚有较大差距。
,学历达标率虽
然较高,但专职教师数量相对不足,女教师配备比例偏低,教师教龄、职称结构不尽
合理,总体科研能力低下。
,尚不能完全
满足教师体育教学和学生体育学习的需要。
;体育教学管理体制不够完善;学校领导重视程度偏低;
体育经费不足,场地器材设施缺乏;体育教师工作量过大,福利待遇偏低,在职培训
进修甚少,师资队伍稳定性较差;乃是影响山东省民办中小学体育教学质量的主要因
素。

Abstract
After the publication of 《Promotion Law of Private Education》, China private education
entered into a new booming stage and became the highlight of current education. In recent
years Shandong province emphasized on the strategy of “Science and Teaching for the
Prosperity of Shandong”, and paid much more attention to all sorts of education, therefore this
promoted the developmet of private number of private middle and primary
schools grew rapidly. School surroundings and inner management, the quality of teaching and
students etc. are also improved greatly. teaching is one of the dispensable content in
plishing the quality education for private primary and middle schools, and teaching
is the core of the work and the fundamental approach of plishing the goal and task
of education. Therefore specilised invetigation and countermeasure research on current
. teaching in the private primary and middle schools of Shandong Province has practical
meaning in enhancing the quality
