文档介绍：南京理工大学硕士学位论文冲击载荷作用下机构可靠性分析研究姓名:蔡克申请学位级别:硕士专业:机械工程指导教师:冯虎田;罗万钟 20051101 T程硕}学位论文冲击载倚作用下机构町靠件分析研究摘要冲击载荷作用下的机构是普遍存在的,而在军事技术装备中,冲击载荷作用下的机构更为广泛,由于军事装备战术指标要求的特殊性,功能可靠性中的动作问题更加突出。因此,研究冲击载荷作用下的机构可靠性具有很高的实用价值。本文在查阅了大量的有关文献的基础上,首先分析了机构的失效模式,阐述引起失效的原因,并详细地分析了与强度有关的失效形式特点,然后对火箭炮中火箭弹发射简易控制的插拔机构的进行了可靠性研究。(1)对插拔机构中四连杆机构进行了运动学分析,分析了其位置、速度与加速度,以及对插拔机构中四连杆机构动力学分析。可知随着平行连杆所处的角度越小,导向销受到的推力增加得越快,所以要设法让插拔机构在平行连杆处于较大的角度时拔出,缩短插拔过程的行程,即应设法增大三。; 在插拔机构的工作行程中,液压阻尼器所受到的冲击力大于导向销所受到的推力。(2) 建立了冲击载荷作用下机构屈服强度的数学模型,并应用其对机构进行了可靠性分析,得出了计算结果,验证了强度可靠性分析方法的正确性。(3)对插拔机构疲劳强度与断裂进行了可靠性分析,比较了三种不同的k下的机构可靠度,得出k越大,机构可靠度越大。关键词:插拔机构,动作,屈服强度,疲劳强度,断裂,可靠性第1页 T程硕l。学位论丈冲击载荷作用下机构町靠件分析研究 ABSTRACT The mechanisms intheimpacting load they are wider inthe thecapabilitiesoftactics ofmilitary equipment areveryspecial,the reliability ofmotion ismostimportantamong thefunction reliabilitiesofthemechanisms.
