摘要:试验以黑籽南瓜、早青西葫芦、锦栗南瓜和杭州长蒲作砧木嫁接高山黄瓜津优5号,以自根苗作对照,对它们的生长发育情况、产量及抗病性进行了研究。结果表明:成活率黑籽南瓜最高;不同砧木嫁接苗的枯萎病发病率都极显著低于自根苗;黑籽南瓜嫁接苗的总产量极显著高于自根苗。从综合效应考虑,黑籽南瓜是高山黄瓜嫁接的最佳选择。

Influence of Different Rootstocks on the growth of Alpine-Cucumber Grafted

Abstract: Alpine-cucumbers named Jingyiu were grafted respectively on Cucurbita ficifolia, Zaoqing pumpkin, Jingli pumpkin and Hangzhou long bottle gourd. The growth and development, yield and disease resistance of grafted were studied, compared by non-grafted seedlings. The results showed that the survive ratio of the Cucurbita ficifolia was highest of all grafted seedlings. ing on ratio of fusarium wilt significantly were decreased in grafted seedlings. The yields of grafted Cucurbita ficifolia were significantly increased. In integrated grafting effects, Cucurbita ficifolia is the best rootstocks for alpine-cucumber.
