摘要
存货管理的好坏与否，直接关系到企业资金占用水平的高低，所以存货是企业极其重
要的资产。企业管理中的尤为重要的一部分就是资产运作。可是，中国企业存货管理的水
平还处于初步阶段，缺乏相应的理论指导与实践，和国外经营成功的大企业相比，还有很
多的不足。可以从管理制度、内部控制、信息系统的利用、第三方物流的利用等方面加强
企业的存货管理。但是，目前绝大多数的企业仍然在存货管理上停留在一般技术水平上，
这就导致许多问题的出现，诸如采购虚假报销、采购以次充好、存货大量积压等不可避免
的人为问题，给企业造成重大损失。本文以无锡汇基公司为例，就企业存货管理存在的突
出问题进行了分析研究，借鉴科学的存货管理理论，指出了加强与改善存货管理与控制应
采取的措施，以促进企业发展地更加稳健与强大。

Abstract
ABSTRACT
Inventories are important assets of the enterprise，its management is good or bad，is directly
related to the level of corporate funds used，as well as asset management，is part of the corporate
management can not be ignored. But the current situation，compared to large companies with
international operations more successful，many domestic enterprises and even listed companies
are still many problems in surviving management. Should strengthen enterprise management
from the utilization of inventory management systems， internal controls， information systems，
third-party logistics and utilization. However ， the current inventory management ， many
companies manage daily just to stay on the general question，while the procurement kickbacks，
a large Zhicijiagao material storage，without the use of a large backlog of inventory and other
issues not detected and addressed， to the enterprise resulting in significant losses. In this paper，
Wuxi Hui-based company ， for example ， on the outstanding issues exist in the enterprise
inventory management were analyzed，drawing on scientific inventory management theory，
pointing out measures to strengthen and improve inventory management and control should be
taken to promote enterprise to achieve bigger，stronger purpose.
