【摘要】 目的探讨子宫切除术对卵巢功能的影响及性 激素补充疗法的必要性和有效性。方法选择2001年1月〜 2002年1 2月在我院行子宫切除术的49例患者进行跟踪随 访及治疗。结果子宫切除无论是否保留卵巢，均有远期不良 影响，保留的卵巢容易发生功能早衰。近期子宫切除而未进 入绝经期的妇女建议其在医生指导下，低剂量、个体化地补 充性激素，可预防绝经期综合征的出现。对子宫切除术后有 明显绝经期症状者给予性激素补充疗法，服药后绝经期症状 明显缓解，总有效率为100%o结论子宫切除术后性激素补充 疗法可预防和治疗绝经期综合征。
