Topics are consisted ofthe following: The first step onthe chain conveyor first briefly outline, describes the characteristics ofchain conveyor and the development trend; then analyzes the selection ofchain conveyor principles and calculation methods; then calculated based onthese design criteria and selection method in accordance with the requirements ofthe given parameters oftype design. The second step first onthe steering briefly outlined, followed bythe displacement ofthe lifting device structure design, and ordance with the given parameters oftype design. The third step isusing PLC programmable controller chain conveyors and lifting displacement of steering bination, the pletion oftransmission and steering box system. First ofall, simply onthe PLC programmable logic controller briefly outlines and describes its principle ofselection, then select the model, schematic drawing ofcontrol. The belt conveyor design represents the general process ofdesign, selection ofdesign work onthe future ofsome reference value.
