【摘要】 目的 分析在慢性前列腺炎治疗中采用前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释片二联治疗方案的效果。方法 收集2019 年4 月至2020 年4 月我院收治的慢性前列腺炎患者60 例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组单纯使用盐酸坦洛新缓释片进行治疗，观察组采用前列舒通胶囊+盐酸坦洛新缓释片进行治疗，比较两组患者疼痛程度、前列腺炎症指数、生活质量、治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果 %， %，P<；观察组治疗后VAS 评分、NIH-CPSI指数和SF-36 评分均明显优于对照组，P<；两组患者不良反应发生率组间差异无显著性，P>。结论 前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦洛新缓释片二联疗法可有效提高慢性前列腺炎的疗效，对于改善患者的症状和生活质量具有显著效果，且临床应用未出现明显新发不良反应，安全性良好。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of the combination of Prostatitis with Prostatitis capsule and Tarloxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets. Methods between April 2019 and April 2020 60 cases of chronic prostatitis patients of our hospital, were randomly pided into observation group and control group, control group simply using hydrochloric acid los new zyban treatment, observation group with top relief in sight-but capsule + los new zyban treated with hydrochloric acid, compared two groups of patients with pain degree, prostate gland inflammation index, the quality of life, therapeutic effect and adverse reactions occur.
