Analysis of TEM, SEM, XPS and XRD shows that the barium titanate nanotube is uniform and its diameter is about 100 nm. The barium titanate nanotubes are cubic phase and the parameter of crystal cell is ?. Keywords barium titanate; nanotube; sol-gel; template 钙钛矿结构的钛酸钡由于存在自发极化现象而表现出独特的电学、磁学、光学特性, 诸如: 压电效应、电致伸缩、巨磁电阻效应、热释电现象、较大的非线性光学系数和介电常数, 因而倍受关注, 可用于压电响应扫描探针显微镜、红外线热像仪、计算机存储元件、非线性光学器件、电容器、超声波发生器等. 长期以来人们对钛酸钡纳米颗粒[1,2] 和薄膜[3,4] 的制备和结构性能
