摘要
随着我国高等教育大众化的发展,通过“院校合并”或“专升本”等途径新
建了一大批本科院校,从 2000 到 2009 年广西先后有八所新建本科院校成立,约
占到广西本科院校总数的 40%,这些本科院校的出现,适应了高等教育大众化的
需求。学科专业是高校的基本组成元素,学科专业建设则是高校的根本建设。随
着广西新建本科院校数量的增加及其在广西高等教育大众化进程中地位的提升,
这些新建本科院校的学科专业建设问题引起越来越多人的关注。本文通过历史研
究、文献研究、数据分析、调查研究等方法,以广西新建本科院校为研究对象,
对八所新建本科院校学科专业建设现状以及近年来学科专业结构调整进行了分
析,找出目前广西新建本科院校学科专业建设存在的问题,并在此基础上提出进
一步提高新建本科院校学科专业建设的建议,以服务于广西新建本科院校学科专
业建设的实践。
本文共分五个部分。
第一部分主要提出研究问题,阐述本文的研究目的、研究现状、研究思路及
研究方法,并对相关核心概念进行界定。
第二部分主要是分析了高等学校学科专业建设的基础理论,为后面的论述做
铺垫。
第三部分主要在认识广西新建本科院校发展概况的基础上,研究了新建本科
院校学科专业建设的现状,并通过对近年来新建本科院校招生计划的数据统计,
分析研究了学科专业结构调整情况,进而提出目前广西新建本科院校学科专业建
设存在的问题。
第四部分主要针对广西新建本科院校学科专业建设存在的问题,提出进一步
提高新建本科院校学科专业建设的建议。
第五部分是对全文进行归纳性总结。

Abstract
With the development of mass higher education in China, there are a large number
of new undergraduate colleges established through the means of "the merger of
institutions" and "Upgrading from Associate Level to Bachelor Level". The
emergence of these undergraduate colleges adapts to the needs of mass higher
education, and gradually e the fresh force of higher education popularization. In
Guangxi, there are eight new undergraduate colleges have been established from 2000
to 2009, accounts to 40% of the total number of undergraduate colleges in the province.
Subject specialty is a ponent element of a college; specialized subject
construction is also the fundamental one in colleges’ development. With the increase
