［摘要］目的探讨全甲状腺切除治疗甲状腺功能亢进合并甲状腺癌 的临床效果。方法选择患者100例，分为两组，每组各50例，观察组 实施全甲状腺切除术，对照组则实施内科保守治疗，如1311治疗、化疗 以及放射治疗等，比较两组患者的相关并发症及2年生存率。结果观察 组患者术后出现甲状腺功能减低、骨髓抑制及消化道症状的比率显著低于 对照组(P〈),观察组1、2年生存率均显著高于对照组。结论 甲状 腺全切术治疗甲状腺功能亢进合并甲状腺癌的手术并发症少，能有效延长 患者的生存时间，值得临床推广。

［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical effects of total thyroidectomy treatment of hyperthyroidism with thyroid cancer. Met hods 100 cases were selec ted and divided into two groups, each group of 50 cases, the observation group were used total thyroidectomy, the control group were implemented conservative treatment, such as 1311 therapy, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy, then the related complications and 2-year survival rate were compared in the two groups
・ ResuIts The observation group with postoperative hypothyroidism , bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal symptoms were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0. 05), the observation group with 1 and 2-year survival rate was significantly higher than those of the control group・ Conclusion The total thyroidectomy treatment of hyperthyroidism with thyroid cancer has fewer surgical complications, and it can effectively prolong the survival time, so it is worthy of promotion.
